From Len Libman, Licensed Member of the Law Society of Ontario
My focus is on always taking care of my clients and doing my utmost to achieve the best outcome possible for them.
My legal career began in 1992 when I started Pardon Me Services. Since that time, I have assisted hundreds of clients to obtain a Criminal Record Pardon or Record Suspension from the Parole Board of Canada. I have also helped many clients obtain a United States Cross Border Travel Waiver after being denied entry into the United Sates by Customs and Border Protection officers while attempting to travel into the U.S. My fees for these services are very reasonable and my success rate is extremely high.
In 2013, I graduated with honours from the Paralegal Diploma Program at Seneca College and began my career as a licensed paralegal. Along with continuing the services I provide helping clients obtain U.S. Travel Waivers, Record Suspensions and Pardons, I have dedicated my practice to four main areas: Small Claims Court, where I handle all types of civil legal disputes; the Landlord & Tenant Board, where I represent both landlords and tenants in residential tenancy matters; Alternative Dispute Resolution, where my goal is to mediate disputes so all the parties involved are satisfied with the resolved outcome before the dispute reaches the court system; and the Assessment Review Board, where my specialty is Requests for Reconsideration and appeals of MPAC Property Assessments.
