Leonard Libman’s legal career began in 1992 when he opened Pardon Me Services, a company dedicated to assisting individuals in obtaining Criminal Record Pardons from the Parole Board of Canada, and Advance Permission to Enter as a Non-immigrant into the United States after being denied entry.
Leonard attended Seneca College from where he graduated in 2013 with honours from the Paralegal Diploma Program. He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.
Upon receiving his license, Leonard began practicing with a focus on civil litigation in Small Claims Court, MPAC property assessment appeals in front of the Assessment Review Board, ODSP decision appeals in front of the Social Justice Tribunal, and Provincial Offences Act matters in the POA courts. Leonard has also appeared in front of the Landlord & Tenant Board, Human Rights Tribunal, and many other boards and tribunals.
